About Coco Surf

Coco Surf is one of very few surf schools at the beach Las Peñitas.  Rafael, a young local surfer, started Casa Surf in 2005 with his brother. In 2008 Rafael rebuilt "el rancho" and called the new school Coco Surf.

Rafael is always to find at (or around) the school giving classes, renting out boards, repairing broken ones or surfing.

At Coco Surf School you can relax in a hammock, get something to drink from Coco Bar and enjoy the view of the beach, the ocean and the waves.

Coco Surf is located on the beach Las Peñitas  20 km from León, Nicaragua. Every hour there is a bus leaving from El Mercadito (Sutiava) in León to Las Peñitas (40min ride). The school is situated on the beach in between the two hotels Playa Roca and Suyapa.
